Easy St. Patrick’s Day Lucky Charms Bars Recipe

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! These Lucky Charm Bars are so easy to throw together and they make the perfect little sugary snack.

Every holiday we take the opportunity to make something for my brother to bring in for his staff. We appreciate how much they care for Josh every day. It is just a small way to thank them every few weeks.

These are all packed up and ready to go. I hope all the containers come back empty!

Here is our super simple recipe for St. Patrick’s Day Lucky Charms Bars

1 stick (8 Tbsp.) of salted butter

1 10 oz. bag of large marshmallows

1 13 oz. bag of Lucky Charms

Melt the one stick of butter in a large pot. Once completely melted add in the marshmallows. Cook until the marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add in the cereal and stir until completely combined. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan and let cool. When cool cut into squares.
